  Holy Water, source of life and health, I come before you in humble reverence, opening my heart to your flow, your formlessness, and your rhythmic dance. I invite the stillness of the lake, the power of the river's rapids, the depth of the ocean, and the nourishment of the rain to cleanse me, guide me and  to surrender and trust in life’s unfolding.
